I have a page on my website that is set to private that displays the Restricted Access Message when someone is not logged in telling them they can log in or register. It was working for a while but now it is a 404 page when not logged in and correct page when logged in. I can’t seem to figure out when and why it suddenly stopped working. Is there a workaround way to display this message on the page when a user is not logged in or a known reason for why it is happening?

maybe u want to look at the settings of ultimate member under the “access” tab and “restriction content”

In addition to what @ahtan1 suggested, go to your site menu settings as there are restrictions options there as well.

Hi @em_em,

What version of the Ultimate member you have installed on your site?
This issue can be due to some conflicts with your theme or one of your plugins.

Please do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.
