# Private message restriction issue

 * I was tested private message restriction setting before , both are working fine
   with restrict selected users open new thread and reply thread ass message , but
   after few version of plugin updated , I found out the reply restriction was fine
   but the open new thread cannot blocking anymore , now my selected user using 
   this bug keep sending message to other users . Kindly assist thanks .

   fine.
