Support » Plugin: Events Manager » private locations

My organization has events in both public locations and in members’ homes. We do not want the members’ home addresses to be available to the public. Marking the location as “private” works–when the event is displayed, it shows the name of the location, and clicking on that location name leads to a login screen. Successful login reveals the address. Unfortunately, the Google map still displays the private location and the private address, defeating any attempt at making a location private. Is there any way to prevent displaying the map when the location is marked private?

When displaying contents, You could use our conditional placeholder
{logged_in}content{/logged_in} This would display the content any content in the middle to logged-in users only.

In case you want to display specific events to specific people, One way is to use BuddyPress and add the event to a group.
