# Private Event

 * I need to create a private event that allows people to register and pay. When
   I publish as Private, I get a 404 Page Not Found error. How do I create a private
   event and share it with select people?

   private events only and working on the rest of the non-private events?

 * Yes, I created it in the admin dashboard. It only happened to the private event.
   I actually just selected the password protected option and that worked for what
   I needed. I think that was my better option this time.

 * I see what you mean now however I think this is how it works at the moment since
   it’s a private events but should work if the user is login.
