 * wishing to provide a feature on blog that would allow select individuals to share
   thoughts via running commentary. this commentary is confidential to anyone not
   in select group. any suggestions on how to accomplish ?

 * As a fan of KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid), I would at least seriously consider
   running a second installation of WordPress just for the running commentary visible
   only to the selected users. Same theme, same domain name, etc., just a separate
   folder.
