Private blog

  • Hi – another question. Is there some way to make the blog itself private (i.e. only logged in users can see the entries)?

    Thanks!

  • No I dont think so, but you can passwordprotect every post if you want.

The Codex is your friend. use it 🙂

    HELP!

I have a blog I’ve been working on privately. Somehow, someone found it, because they came to my other blog.

How do I make this in progress blog private until I’m ready for it to go public?

In this case, the Codex is not my friend, because the page moshu pointed to is empty.

Okay, I figured it out. Hope this helps someone else.

Go to Manage, Posts, Edit, and on the right of each post is a box that says Post Status, and you can check off Private for each individual post.

I don’t see a way to make the whole blog private. I have 2.2.
