Permanently Changed Reading Settings>Front Page Displays are gone and won’t come back.

Fortunately this is a new site.

T thought it was a theme issues. I changed themes and still the Reading Setings> Front Page were still gone

I reinstalled and used the default theme with the same results. I reinstalled and got the same results in another theme.

Try blocking search engines and see if it makes the Reading Settings >front page displays option disappear.

I would love to know how if this is a bug.
