Hi,

In the buddypress profile tab – add new event I don’t have any privacy options? How can I set the added event to private, only visible for the user who adds the event?

at the moment, you need to modify template file at events-manager/templates/forms/event-editor.php

to use templates: http://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/using-template-files/

Thank you for you reply. I assumed that was the case, but what is the modification that I need to make? Or where I can find more information on how to do this?

One way to do it would be to compare the user ID of the user viewing the page to decide if they should be allowed to view the content.
