  • I used Nitropack for a month without any problem and after an update the mobile menu is stopped working on my site if nitropack was enabled. Im waiting for a solution for 1,5 week, they are answering in every 3 days something. They said that they fixed the problem after 1,5week but I have checked the google page speed score and its worse than without nitropack. My page was the first on google and now my google ranking dropped dramatically because of this “priority support”……

    I’m sorry to hear you had a negative experience with NitroPack. Unfortunately, I couldn’t locate your ticket from your credentials here. Could you please provide your ticket number so we can investigate further?

    Also, please bear in mind that some cases require our tech support and dev teams to build custom solutions. These fixes are much more complex and take a lot of time to complete. That’s why the resolution time can be longer, depending on the situation. We’re constantly onboarding new support and dev team members to resolve these cases faster.
