 * I purchased the Entrepreneurs Bundle and sent in support requests 4 and 2 days
   ago with no response from JetpackCRM Support. Today, I contacted support again
   to request a refund and have not heard back. When can I expect to hear back from
   you? I want to make sure that my cancellation is processed within the refund 
   period.

   answer in the order received.
 * Paid users get priority support, so you should have received our reply already.
