As a web site owner, in Europe, GDPR requires prior consent of cookies and to:

    • Keep a copy of the form completed/banner clicked by the user, which shows the action taken by the same to give consent
    • Store complete information that includes a unique user identifier along with the date – certified with time stamp – in which the form was completed and a copy of the version of the form/banner and the legal documents used at the time the user has given consent

I would like to know how the prior consent log is implemented and conserved in your plugin. Is it unmodifiable, protected or encrypted?

    Hi @aberbenni,

This plugin currently does not support form data currently. Consent logging feature is available in the premium version which saves the cookie-based preference of users. There is also a feature to export the data into CSV file.

Thanks. Could you please tell me how the premium version of the plugin saves the cookie-based preference of users. Do you use time stamp, encryption, digital signature?

    Hi @aberbenni,

The plugin stores the timestamp, IP address, category wise consent of user and also user ID in the site if the user is logged in. Refer the screenshot.

There are not encryptions or digital signature.
