 * Is there a way that a user can have the option to Print All Posts?

 * In a word, no. This function is not available.
 * If you can give me a specific use case for such an option, as well as a suggestion
   as to how/where this should be implemented (front end or back end, accessible
   by whom), I might consider it.
 * Think about a site with thousands of posts. Surely you wouldn’t be proposing
   something which could be used for malicious purposes to choke the server and
   the bandwidth during a transfer of such data?
 * I might see something like this in the back end as an admin option to generate
   a page of links, with each link representing a post/page, and then the ability
   to compile groupings (or all) into “volumes” (single pdfs), but this is well
   beyond the scope of this plugin.
 * Thanks for your inquiry!

 * How about the ability to print all posts in a given loop. For instance I need
   to provide a way to output FAQs as a PDF. The way we create the FAQs is as a
   custom post type, but no one wants to print out each one individually, which
   is what the plugin currently allows. So the ability to have just one print option
   for an entire loop would make this plugin much more useable.

 * i’m joining you, belljr: i’d like to create a pdf from all or a certain amount
   of posts, optionally without all the headers on each page.
 * there’s a high demand for this because of a simple reason: more and more bloggers
   want to dive into the eBook- and print on demand world, and providers of such
   services have nothing to offer to get a smooth transition from wordpress to pdf.
 * there’s another issue here: wordpress stresses the idea of themes. theme aesthetics
   normally get lost once you convert the page to pdf. typography, background colour
   etc.
 * [@lewis](https://wordpress.org/support/users/lewis/): thanks for the great work!

 * Okay, I can see the logic of the request for this feature.
 * I’ll take it under advisement and add it to the list. Sorry that I don’t have
   a quick hack for you in the meantime,
 * [@maxarchive](https://wordpress.org/support/users/maxarchive/): Thanks for the
   compliment!

 * Did we have any update about this one? Any solution?

 * I also could use a backend option to create pdfs from all of the posts. I have
   about 300 posts on one site, and I’m trying to save its content into pdf files
   before its retirement. Yes, this would probably load up the server and so on,
   but it’s a one shot thing.

 * Hi, all…
 * This is still on my to-do list, but not bubbling to the surface just yet, as
   I’m really just now getting back to this. All good points, and I can see the
   use cases as presented here as being valid.
 * What we’re seeing are a different though somewhat related objectives:
    1. Allow the user to create from the front end a single collection of posts or
       pages, with optional include/exclude ability.
    2. From the admin area, have the ability to pre-populate the cache with PDFs of
       all non-excluded pages.
    3. From the admin area, have the ability to create PDFs (or a single PDF) of all
       site content, without regard to inclusion/exclusion settings (for archival purposes,
       for example).
 * The multiple page/post issue raises additional concerns for header, title, page
   numbering, footer, etc. which will likely require additional options. In fact,
   I could actually see two additional, yet completely separate, plugins for these:
   a make-an-ebook plugin and an archive-the-site plugin, instead of packing all
   of this into this one plugin.
 * Input is welcome, and again, thanks for the great ideas and thoughtful commentary.
 * Cheers

 * Hi Lewis I’m another user interested in an archive-the-site plug in.
 * In my use case my wife has been using WordPress as a family journal and we are
   interested in printing her entire site to create a physical copy of it for posterity.

 * I have the same concern…i use my blog to create a diary of experiences and can
   only show one at a time. I would like to print out the older posts and certainly
   not delete them.
