    Hi,

    I try in various ways but it doesn’t get me the way I want to.
    How to make that specific product after customer buy will be sent to Printuful as status: Needs approval.

    I know i have a setting in Printful for Manually confirm imported orders, but this not solution. Because I only need some products manually confirm. Otherwise, some customers will wait longer than they should, what we really don’t want!

    I will explain why I need it. I have a product (Mug) with the ability to add text, so I need to stop this product order go to Printful with the status: Waiting for fulfillment, because I need to make adjustments before production/confirm.

    And I know for sure that option would be benefit not only to me but to everyone else who uses your services. because that way we could control the orders. And allow personalization options for customers. (because right now your personalization option does not give everything).

    Also, I want to NOTE: Esty have personalization options in settings so any product which is enabled personalization order come to Printful as Needs approval.

    I hope you can pass this on to your DEV team and maybe they can do something. 🙂

    Thanks for reaching out to us. You can use our Product Personalization Tool with your WooCommerce store to allow your customers to personalize their orders: https://www.printful.com/product-personalization-tool

    If you want to set manual order approval for specific products, you can just create them on your store end first and don’t sync them on Printful. Then whenever an order will be placed for that item, you’ll have to sync it with your preferred Printful product and your design.

    Your personalised option at the moment not work for cups. That means it doesn’t help me at all.

    And don’t sync them on Printful also don’t work in this case.
