# Printer not found

 * Hello
 * When trying to print a receipt we get a notification saying no printer found.
   We are using an ipad.

 * We did and it test prints fine but when completing transaction on pos it says
   no printers found

 * it seem your ipad can’t work with webprint or your printer not work with it. 
   our pos base on web, it use webprint. tks

 * I figured out that it was in fact the qrcode that was preventing the printing
   from any mobile device. As soon as I removed the qrcode from the receipt template
   it printed fine off tablet and cellphone.
 * I do however have another issue. I have woocommerce product addons installed 
   for extra toppings on meals etc and although your plugin recognises the addons,
   it does not print them on the receipt. Can you help here?

 * do you using free or paid version ? free have no this feature. if paid, pls use
   receipt template composer feature or get support from support.openswatch.com .
