• Hello, I have installed the plugin on a test site before installing it into the LIVE site. In test site it is working perfectly. Automatic receipts are being printed when order is received.
    But it doesn’t work, not detect the printer when LIVE server URL is set.
    Before setting the LIVE server URL, following steps are also done.

    1. Changed User Password
    2. Restart the printer
    3. Set everything to default

    Note : Live site is a Multisite. It not even works on any other single ecommerce store. All the test and live site are hosted in same server and have same configurations.

    Also, in the settings page of the plugin, a message displays,

    Warning: Unable to detect WooCommerce plugin.
    This can sometimes occur, if the plugin has been installed to a custom folder. If you are certain that WooCommerce is installed and functioning, then you can safely ignore this warning

    But, woocommerce works perfectly in the website.
    Please let me know how to resolve the issue.
