 * How to print without the about.blank page.
    There seems to be the answer to this
   in a previous post but where does the code go to make this work?

 * Ah, you mean about.blank that appears in the Header / Footer?
    This can be turn
   off in the print dialog.
 * It might be possible to overwrite the address bar settings by the browsers config:

 * However, modern browsers do not allow for this to be hidden programmatically 
   for security reasons. This about:blank address bar will not print, it is simply
   visible on the print window.
