The image file generated from the configurator that is saved in the WordPress Media directory currently does not have a background generated, i.e. it is a transparent png file, can the background be included in the image?

Also, the generated image has a low resolution currently, can be the image be made print-ready, i.e. with resolution of 300 dpi?

    Thanks for the great plugin.

    Hi there,

The image file generated from the configurator that is saved in the WordPress Media directory currently does not have a background generated, i.e. it is a transparent png file, can the background be included in the image?

This isn’t currently possible. If you want to do this, you should use a layer instead:
    – Create a layer of type “simple”, and enable “This layer does not have choices”.
    – Select “Reorder the images”, and move the layer to the top of the list.
    – Then in the content section, add a choice with the background.

Also, the generated image has a low resolution currently, can be the image be made print-ready, i.e. with resolution of 300 dpi?

The dimensions of the generated image should be the same as the images you uploaded to the configurator. The DPI might change, I’m not sure.
Though there’s currently no method to force it to be a specific DPI.

Also note that generating large images on the server will use a lot of resources.

    Marc
