Print PDF with Print-O-Matic?

    Love Print-O-Matic.

    I would like to trigger a browser print dialog providing a URL pointing to a PDF file rather than an HTML element. I don’t need a PDF viewer, just the PDF print dialog.

    Any ideas, options, or plugins?

    AFAIK, you can’t use PoM to create a PDF, but you could save what it produces as a PDF instead of printing it.

    For our site, we are considering creating a Google Drive with each of our pages in PDF format so that we can have a link to print from. Might work for you too?

    if the PDF file exists, you can just link directly to that using standard HTML. If you need help on setting that up, let us know.

    if the PDF needs to be generated, this can be done by ‘saving as pdf’ in the print dialogue box as rmossfs mentioned.
