I am testing your plugin and I have to say that you did an excellent job.

One thing that is missing, and it’s crucial in my opinion, is the ability to print on demand. Additionally to Print Triggers, there should be an option is order’s page to print that order on demand.

Hi @nimonogi thank you, I actually have an issue opened for that and of course it will be possible.

Most likely in the next update. I’ve mostly been working on the templates logic to make it easy to create and update print templates.

You can look forward to such a feature as soon as the next update since that’s actually how I test out the plugin.

If you’re liking the plugin, then please do not hesitate to leave a review as it really helps keep me motivated on it and helps more people find it, I have much more planned in the pipeline including what you’ve mentioned here.

I am also trying to find how to create my own template files or copy and modify default basic’s files, but I can’t find where they are located,

@nimonogi I’ve added the on demand printing feature but need to fine-tune it a bit, it will be available in the next update.

Regarding creating your own templates, the next update will be somewhat of a major one since I made a lot of changes to the templating logic, but the process would be the same:

    – Create a folder in your child-theme called “printus” and inside that folder create another one called “templates”
    – Add your custom template to the folder and it will be available in the dropdown on the plugin settings

You can also copy a template from (Note that this path is no longer the same in the next version of the plugin): includes/Views/Prints/Templates and paste it in the child theme templates folder you created earlier. You can rename the template so that it can create a new one in the drop down.

Of course, you can ignore everything I just said there and just wait for the next version and the document I’ll create on the plugin docs page: https://printus.cloud/docs to detail how to edit/create your own template.

Next update should be out within 1 week or so.

I am trying to email you through the contact form of your website, regarding a custom project, but seems like the captcha is not working. Can you provide me with an email?

@nimonogi Which contact option did you select? I cant see a recaptcha on any, i just tested it and it worked on my end.

You can send in a ticket here: https://printus.cloud/contact/
