Print “image description” info under picture

I am hesitant to post because I don’t know the lingo to describe exactly what I want. I am working to design a newspaper layout and want to have my CSS automatically grab the image title and description which I added on upload through WP and place it under the image as a description and photo credit.

Any news website will show you what I’m talking about, ie http://foxnews.com

Is something like this possible through CSS?
