Print Has Never Worked!

    The print button has never worked for me. Tested all browsers to no avail. When the button is clicked nothing happens. Seems to be a fundamental problem with the code.

    As I try to troubleshhot, I came across this code in “EWD_OTP_”Return_Results.php” (line 156)

    $ReturnString .= “<button class=’ewd-otp-print-results’ data-cssurl='” . plugins_url(‘order-tracking/css/ewd-otp-print.css’) . “‘>”;

    could there be an issue with the code?… Need help.

    Hi nguyano,

    Would you be able to provide the URL of your tracking page, so I can have a look?

    That feature/functionality is currently working, as can be seen on our demo site, here: https://www.etoilewebdesign.com/order-tracking-demo/?Tracking_Number=001

    So there must be some kind of conflict specific to your site that is causing this issue for you.

    Also, if you could enable the WordPress debug (if your site is not live or if doing so won’t have an impact on it) before providing me with the URL, it could help to see if there are any errors generated when trying to print.
