The header image looks how it “should” when I am in customizer ( using Beaver builder Lite ) but when I go to view website on computer monitor it is not what I want. Support at Beaver Builder looked under the hood and said it is a theme issue.I can not seem to make the header image defuzz or rid of the duplicate ( nice sharp crisp header image ) underneath it . I would LOVE to not have to start with another theme after all the customizing I have done, and issues I have run into .

Fyi I do not know how to attach screen shots here to show you the difference.

  • Hi @photoyogi22,

Are you referring to the large blue header image? The header image that I see appears to be quite crisp, and this is on a 4k monitor.

    And again on mobile:

I’m not seeing any degradation in quality. Have you tried clearing your site cache?

    Evan,
    Thank you once again!
What is so odd is that after your help and beaver Builder help I STILL had the problem I spoke of in my post and then I clicked around again ( literally do not think I did anything to correct it… and it is FINALLY corrected. Only took me 2 weeks 🙂 sorry I had not gotten back to post that this issue was resolved. What bugs me is why it happened and why it stopped happening. Beaver Builder felt it was a Theme issue.

so much for resolved ! ugh. The nice crisp image in header does not show up anywhere else but HOME. BeaverBuilder once again says it is a go daddy Primer theme issue.

FYI I took my site off “coming soon” mode

oops and the website is thecheerproject.com

This is actually what Beaver Builder support ssaid “the “Hero” widget is only visible on the home page/front page. That is a Theme option/setting so if you need help with that, I would recommend asking GoDaddy for help since it is their theme. They should be able to assist with why the image is fuzzy in the first place. Since the theme controls that area, it is outside the scope of our support as it does not relate to our product.” so as usual I am not sure if it is user area or if I am going in circles again with finger pointing.

    @photoyogi22,

It looks like on the homepage the full size image is used (https://thecheerproject.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/Celestial_panorama_Header_image_Cheer_2400pixwide-0687-2400×900.jpg), whereas on the interior pages a cropped version of the image is being used (https://thecheerproject.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/cropped-Celestial_panorama_Header_image_Cheer_2400pixwide-0687-e1507767955328-1-2400×1299.jpg) – which explains the fuzziness.

In my testing, the same image was being used across all headers without any degradation in quality.

    Evan,
I am not sure what you mean with your explanation. I thought when I made the home page work (full size) it SHOULD have carried over to all the interior pages.

Not sure why the image quality looked same for you across all headers. to me there was obvious difference.
    hmmm

too funny I went in customize try and change the headers on all the interior pages so each would be different and although the header in home page is blue painting the customizer window says the current image is green painting which is also showing up in al the other headers despite the fact that I attempted to make each header of each interior page different ( just to see if it would work)
