# Primary Sidebar and Widgets

 * The primary sidebar on my website doesn’t seem to be working. I’ve tried putting
   a couple different widgets up including a WooCommerce categories widget and a
   custom menu, but they don’t appear. I’ve read that it might be due to conflicting
   plug-ins, but I’m not sure. Any suggestions on what could be wrong? I’m using
   the Twenty Fourteen theme.
 * I’m also fairly new at WordPress, html, and CSS so no tech speak, please.

 * It never hurts to try and disable all your plugins to see if it resolves the 
   issue. If it does, you can enable them one by one to find the culprit.

 * Plug-in deactivation and reactivation didn’t work. I think the problem may be
   with the sidebar.php. Any suggestions there?
