Primary Menu not responsive

I am running a Virtue Child theme on my site: marrs.skyrunner.net.

When on a mobile device or reducing the width of my browser, the primary navigation menu does not respond and disappears.

The position is relative and assigned to float left. Any thoughts on how the primary navigation can float below the logo when reduced in page width?
