Primary menu has been replaced by the top menu

Hi there,
Hope you’re doing well. I’m recently I’ve found that only one menu is visible on our website and the primary sticky menu of Categories has been replaced by the main menu of the top. Please have a look at http://www.rtiwala.com website at earliest.
