Primary Key Error

  • I upgraded wordpress and the plugin to the two latest versions. I am getting this error now. It caused my site to completely crash and just show the word “error” on the front end and back end of the site. I changed the plugin folder name to get my site live again but want this plugin working but cannot without a patch or fix?

[Mon Jul 08 14:45:16 2013] [error] [client] WordPress database error Multiple primary key defined for query ALTER TABLE c2sjh_wpcreviews ADD PRIMARY KEY (id) made by require_once(‘wp-admin/admin.php’), require_once(‘wp-load.php’), require_once(‘wp-config.php’), require_once(‘wp-settings.php’), do_action(‘init’), call_user_func_array, WPCustomerReviews->init, WPCustomerReviews->check_migrate, WPCustomerReviewsAdmin->createUpdateReviewTable, dbDelta, referer: http://pixelloop.org/wp-admin/update.php?action=upgrade-plugin&plugin=wp-customer-reviews%2Fwp-customer-reviews.php&_wpnonce=df8baca746

Is this something that can be patched?

  • I have this same error in my logs from back in march, although the error didn’t cause my site to crash, in fact it wasn’t even noticed until I was reviewing the error logs last week. it seems odd to me because It’s a complete duplicate of the error you listed above.

May I ask if you was able to patch or fix the issue you was facing?
