  • Hi, plugin v 1.7.9 and latest woocommerce, plugin does not calculate price anymore. It just falls back to the api offline thing. But i can clearly see it has authenticated with the bring api. I have added customer api and all of that as we had to with the recent changes. Still it refuses to calculate. I have also cleared customer sessions and any cached stuff. Any ideas?

    Hi,

    If you enable debug mode under WooCommerce → Bring settings → Advanced and then go to the back end of a product there should be a meta box towards the bottom of the page for testing the product against the Bring API. Could you try this and check if it gives you any error messages?

    Took a look at it, and for a product where i have all dimensions and weigth entered, it just tells me no problems. Then i run the test and it gives me INVALID_ARGUMENT: product product code is required. Wich i have never seen before. What does this mean? Also displays price of 158 nok wich i know is wrong for this product.

    Have you selected any Bring products that you want to use? You find the setting under WooCommerce → Bring settings → Shipping Options → Bring products

    Det fungerte, delvis.

    Klimanøytral servicepakke (noe vi egentlig ikke bruker) fungerer med gammelt kundenummer, altså med PARCELS_NORWAY-1213213123
    Pakke til hentested (som er den vi ønsker å bruke) fungerer ikke med hverken gammelt eller nytt kundenummer.
    Ender da med feilmelding:

    FORBIDDEN: User post@fiktiv.no does not have access to financial information for customer 123123123. You might want to contact the mybring administrator for this customer (typically a privileged user from that customer).

    Vi får sammme feilmelding med både gammelt og nytt kundenummer. Har fått bekreftet fra bring at brukeren har alle tilganger.

    Hei,

    Det stemmer sikkert det. Men hva ble brukt tidligere, når man ikke måtte velge?
    Vi sender som oftest med norgespakken og dermed blir prisene helt feil i nettbutikk i forhold til hva vi betaler. Vi regner ut med både vekt og mål. Har prøvd begge varianter og får ingen til å stemme
