    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    If you apply a discount on a parent category, this discount will apply on the children of that categories.

    Make sure that you don’t apply multiple pricing rules on a product because it is impossible.

    It seems that you have created wrong rules. You can read more about bulk pricing rules here. And read this article for percentage discounts.

    But all categories are parent !

    This one is in the category “akoestische wandpanelen”

    And the strange thing is that the category “Akoestische wandpanelen” takes the discount from category “plaktegels”.

    First make sure that you have selected the right category by checking its ID in the select field. You can check it via your browser developer tools.

    You can try the same rule on our demo website to make sure that it is working fine.

    If it works fine on the demo website but doesn’t work on your website maybe a conflict on your site causes this issue. Follow the below steps to find the conflict.

    • First please make sure that you applied one pricing rule to the product.
    • Deactivate all of the WooCommerce related plugins (especially pricing and discount plugins).
    • Activate only our plugin with WooCommerce.
    • Go to your created rule and click on the Save button to clear the cache.
    • Test it again and if this time it worked properly activate other WooCommerce related plugins one by one and test it again to find the plugin that causes this issue.

    Emmy….I dont know if you have checked the links I showed you. The rules works! Why does it work in one category and not in another. Please check carefully before you answer

    The ID of the category is same as I selected in your plugin. Like I said…..the rules works! Check the urls I added before

    We checked it and it is working fine.

    For category “Akoestische wandpanelen”, you have used this discount.

    The base price is 84.99 and discounts are properly applied in the cart.

    In the product page, another plugin changes product price on your website and it is not done by our plugin. Check this image for more information.

    Price change on product page by our plugin is not available in the free version of the plugin and it is not done by our plugin on your website.
