Prices zero after white screen of death

    Hi there,

    This plugin worked fine till I recently got the white screen of death. I found the other plugin causing the issues and removed it, and got my site back up. But now the gold price plugin is displaying zeros. I know it’s not the plugin itself because I have got that running offline and your demo works.

    I have tried deleting and reinstalling to no effect.

    Can you think of any steps I could take to get it working again? Or a way to purge all files of it from the site and do a fresh reinstall.

    I have to work behind a maintenance page, so I can not link you to the site.

    Other than that I have found the plugin useful. Thank you.

    Mine too. I think the feed is not working.

    Yes, at time of typing the feed is down.

    Check here for the devs demo of gold price:

    But when the feed was up I still had the issue. Something happened after the WSOD I got.

    Sounds like the feed may have been down for a little while. You can always check at the demo site http://demo.enigmaweb.com.au/gold-price/ If the prices are 0 there then it’s not just you, and the feed is down.

    Sorry I didn’t see this sooner but now the feed is up and looks to be working fine at my end. Are your issues resolved too? Or still a problem? Can you link to the issue so I can see it please? Otherwise there is very little I can do to help…

    Thank you for your reply. Because I am working behind a maintenance page I’m not able to provide a link as of yet. For now we are going to remove the plugin, but once we get the site up I’ll try again with a test page and can link that.
