Price setting and downloadable product missing!

    Dear support team,

    Thank you very much for your recent support.
    I installed and removed WC vendors. Now I could not find the place to choose the type of product.
    Before, I could choose the product type and number of times for the download when I want to create downloadable product.
    Please kindly help me how to fix this issue.
    I cannot find the place to set up the product price as well.
    Before, I could see the boxes to set the prices of the product, also.
    I tried testing some apps and now facing difficultes
    I also tried to install woo product manager.

    Hi @docakp,

    If all is working as it should, you would see the information about each download in the product editing area, when you have the “Downloadable” box ticked.

    If you are not seeing that, then perhaps something is conflicting? To test for this, you would temporarily switch to a default theme (Storefront, or Twenty Seventeen) and deactivate all other plugins, and see if the trouble still happens.

    If it doesn’t, then you slowly re-enable everything, until you can pinpoint the troublemaker.

    Hi again @docakp – if I am understanding you correctly, you think that enabling then disabling WC Vendors or another extension is interfering with your ability to make products downloadable and edit the settings?

    Have you entirely deleted the other plugins?

    Are you able to send a screenshot?
