Price no longer changing

    Hello,

    It seems the price is not changing anymore when logged in with the special accounts I have created.

    I have created the User role in the plugin and set the appropriate rules for discount.

    It worked before and now all of a sudden it is no longer working.

    Can someone reach out to me for help?

    Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share more details on the plugin version you are using? Also, when did you start observing this issue? We have not made any recent updates to the plugin that will affect your existing functionality. This is been verified in our test environment and found to be working as expected.
    I would suggest you raise a support ticket with us so that we can have a check this on your site.
