Price matric – Add Minimum and Maximum quantity options

In price matrix, can u add 2 options :

– Limit Min. quantity
if these option is activated, client cannot add to basket less than minimum quantity in price matrix
– Limit Max. quantity
if these option is activated, client cannot add to basket more than maximum quantity in price matrix
