    Hi,

First of all, thanks for this great plugin. It works well as fas as we can tell, but we have a tiny bug : when using it as a price filter (displayed as a slider), the minimal and maximal price values are displayed twice. For instance, instead of having $20 —- $100, we have something like $20;20 —- $100;100 .

This can be observed on this URL : https://wepot.theswisspeak.ch/boutique/

It seems that “wpf-price-min” is called twice in a row, in two different spans. Same goes for “wpf-price-max”. Any idea how to fix this ?

This website is on WordPress 5.6, with Divi 4.7.7 .

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Please deactivate your third-party plugins ( except WooCommerce ) and let us know how it works then.

    Hi,

The issue is still there with everything deactivated; maybe it is related to the currency ?

This shop will be using Swiss Francs, displayed as CHF[amount] . Only ‘CH’ appears before the amount (which appears twice).

Let me know if you need me to deactivate the other plugins again, I’ll reactivate them for the time being as the website is still WIP.

    Thanks for the help !

Experiencing the same issue with the “swiss francs” currency. Link to my shop page -> https://studerservices.ch/shop/

    Thanks for the help!

Changed the currency in the woocomerce settings to “australian dollar” and tadaa it works perfectly fine. So it seems like the price filter doesn’t like the swiss currency.

    Thanks for the fix!

    A fix solution:
Install the plugin “Custom Currency for WooCommerce” and in woocommerce – settings – general – custom currency symbol, type “CHF” and leave the “custom currency label” and “custom currency” empty. Make sure under “currency” the official “swiss francs” currency is selected. The plugin will now only change the currency symbol to “chf”. Even if we don’t really change anything, cause the default symbol is “chf”, there happens some kind of magic and it works.

But even though, a official fix would be nice – thank you!

Hey @flyingcocktailsadm , good find, thanks for the quick fix!

I’ll use it until the official fix is out, and I’ll mark this as solved then.
