price catalog only no check out and add to cart option

Hello. By the way I am very new to woocommerce. My friend suggested me to use this because it is good and convenient.
I am developing a site in my localhost and I only want to show the prices of each product without the ‘Add Cart” and “CheckOut” option hence it will be only a price catalog site. Is it possible in woocommerce? If it is can you share to me how?
Another follow-up question is, if I have two types of visitors, the Retailers and Traders. Is it also possible to show two different proces when logged in based on the type of visitor?Of course the default price will be the retail price. For example. I have a product worth $50. The reatailer will see $50. But if the logged in visitor is a Trader he will see different price on that product, Let’s say for trader I set the price of that product as $40. Is it possible with woocommerce? Thank you in advance..and sorry for the long post.
