Hi

We have just bought the SimplePriceCalcWPv1.2 version of this plugin.
Premium business theme
When we Add e-mail functionality to form? E-mail to: (email address)
It says its sent but when we check our emails there is nothing … any ideas?

Where does one purchase the PREMIUM version? I’m interested in using the email function as well. I only see the BASIC in the plugin search.
