    Hey There,

    the price-calculation in frontend only showing the “Fallback-Price”. Is that correct? I thought shipcloud would show the exact shipping price for this country and shipping method. Or am i missing some options?

    Also im getting the following error if i try to send to Norway:
    “Error in Shipment Data: at least one shipment has errors: The current incoterms are not included in the list of the available incoterms., The current origin country code is not included in the list of the available countries., Export document is missing., Your order could not be processed Your order could not be processed , Please enter weight for the packages, Terms of Trade have not been selected., The shipment weight may not be smaller than 0.1 kg for this product code., The shipment weight may not be smaller than 0.1 kg for this product code., Please select a valid type of shipment., Please enter quantity of goods., Please enter a description of goods., Please enter the country of ofigin., Please enter value of goods., Please add an exportdoc position.”

    I couldnt find any instructions on the shipcloud-site (or anywhere else) so i appreciate any help/hints.

    Hi Ben, I can help you with creating a shipping label for Norway. Since Norway is part of the Schengen Treaty, but not a member of the EU, you will have to provide customs papers when using DHL as your carrier. shipcloud is able to “tell the DHL webservice” that those papers are provided by you (the sender) and they will be attached to the box you’re sending. We’re currently not able to provide you with the digital version of those papers, so you’ll have to create them and provide them yourself. If you send us an email with your account number at support@shipcloud.io we can activate this feature for you.

    Regarding the calculated prices:
    Are you using your own contract for creating shipping labels? shipcloud can only show you calculated prices if you’re using our contracts, since we don’t want to force you to tell us your shipping rates.

    If you’re using shipcloud contracts we’d be happy to have a look at what the problem might be. Please send us an email and we’ll have a look.

    Hi André,

    thank you so much for the quick reply. I try to use the shipcloud-pricing? But probably its easier if you could take a look what im missing. I send you an Email with all the Information. Do you prefer english or can i write you guys in german?
