    Hello

I'm trying to change the wording in the previous/next posts links.
I made a child theme, copied inc/template-tags.php to it and changed the text but the new text doesn't appear.

    Any ideas?

Files in most sub-folders can't simply be copied into a child theme, unfortunately.

So I better know how to help, are you trying to change the language of the wording (i.e. into French or Spanish or something else) or are you trying to modify the English wording?

    Thanks for clarifying.

To change your site's language from English to Greek requires two steps, since some translations come from core WordPress, and some come from the theme.

    1) Install WordPress in Greek - follow the guide here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress_in_Your_Language

    2) Install the Greek language file for Untitled. The Greek translation for Untitled is only 50% complete, but you can download it here, by clicking the "export" button at the bottom left: http://translate.wordpress.com/projects/wpcom/themes/untitled/el/default

If you want to help translate the missing parts of the theme, here's a guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/translation-faq/

Here's some guides to how the pieces fit together:

    Thank you for that.

    Just a quick question:

I want to retain the English language for the dashboard.
Do I need both steps above, or can I only follow the 2nd one?

You can try only following the second step and see if it works.
