Previous Required Fields Validating Automatically

    When clicking on a field further down the form, all previous *required* fields automatically show an error. How can I take away this feature? I only want it validating once the user actually presses submit. I attached a link to an image so you can see what I mean.

    Currently I’m working on it on Localhost. I presumed this was just an automatic feature with Contact Form 7 now so it was well known, is that not the case?

    I disabled all plugins and removed all CSS and JS yet it still does it. So yes, this is simply a feature of Contact Form 7 it seems.

    So when filling out a field further down the form, it automatically comes up ‘this field is required’ for any upper required fields. How can I stop it from doing that?
