    Hello,

I have a strange issue only with a single site, although I use the same settings with several other sites that don’t have this issue – including another site on same server:

    – previous backup files are not kept at local and FTP folders, although settings have a value of 5 under settings, File Deletion (Number of files to keep in folder.)

    Any clues?

    Thanks.

    Hello John,

How is the Backup file name configured? Did some sites buckup to the same folder ?

    Hi Daniel,

Yep, I think the problem was with naming: the filename didn’t include the string “%Y-%m-%d_%H-%i-%s” or any other time stamp. So it was quite logic to be overwritten…

I edited the title and included the string “%Y-%m-%d_%H-%i-%s” and now it works.
Good to know, many thanks for your feedback!
