# Preview window not visible

 * I just installed wordpress (seemingly successfully) via Softaculous but the preview
   pane is not visible. Just a grey window with the spinning ball. The dashboard
   loads fine. But when I hit Customize only the left hand sidebar loads, not the
   main window. I tried in Safari and Firefox, same issue. And it’s the same issue
   with different themes.

 * Problem solved by disabling the redirect from my domain to my wordpress.com site.
   My issue is that I was trying to set up wordpress.org when I already had a wordpress.
   com in place. Hope this answer is helpful to anyone else.
