# Preview Ticket without opening

 * In the videos demonstrating Awesome Support, when viewing the Ticket List in 
   the WordPress dashboard and the cursor hovers over the Ticket number a tooltip
   with the ticket contents pops up.
 * Unfortunately, this isn’t working for me. Any suggestions on how to get this 
   tooltip working?
