Preview test email is blank

Hi,

After upgrading to your latest Version 9.0.7, I’ve noticed that the email preview test email is sent but the content is completely blank.

In the backend admin, if I click on the “eye” icon to preview the message, everything looks ok. But when the actual test email is sent out, I only see a completely blank email.

we’re not experiencing this issue in our test environments. Just to be sure: you are trying to send a test email from the composer panel?

Thanks for your reply.

Yes, I usually compose in RAW HTML and then send a test email to myself (gmail) and it works fine. After the recent update, I’ve noticed the test email is sent but the content is completely blank. I can however see the entire content when I click on the eye preview icon.

It’s a bit of a hassle as I now need to test by sending an actual copy to only myself first before I schedule the newsletter to send to all subscribers.

so you’re saying that only test email comes up empty, but the actual send works correctly? Is that correct?

Hi – yes that is correct. Preview test email comes up empty. Live email works correctly.
