# How do you show portions of a post?

 * Hello,
 * I’m setting up the following site for online subscriptions in WordPress:
    [http://managedinternetpresence.com/clients/relevantlife/](http://managedinternetpresence.com/clients/relevantlife/)
 * The blocks of text under “Daily Devotionals” and “Featured Articles” are meant
   to be short previews for the posts. When a user clicks on “Read More,” they’ll
   be taken to a longer preview. To view the entire post, they can purchase it. 
   I’ll use Magic Members for purchasing posts, but how can I setup the short and
   longer previews? Is there code that will pull up portions of a post?

   portions of a post from unsubscribed users.
