# Preview Pdf not working

 * Hello!!
    I have the template single column with Doc Preview. It happens that 
   it shows the preview doc on arbitrary downloads, sometimes it does show, sometime
   it does not. I disabled my cache plugins and still happens the same thing. Google
   dev tools show an error with bootstrap which I disabled on your plugin and still
   happens the same thing. On some downloads some of the times it previews the pdf
   and sometimes does not. Could you help me?

 * I have tested your site several times and the PDF preview worked perfectly every
   time without any issue.
 * Please try after clearing your browser, website and CDN caches if you have any.

 * Thank you so much for your response!! I did everything you said but still the
   issue persists. It just shows the pdfs on the different downloads randomly, if
   i press the reload button it appears.

 * I have exactly the same issue (and it’s been mentioned a few times on your support
   site). PDF preview only loads after a page refresh.
