Preview Pages Missing '&preview=true' and result In 404

Hey all, thanks in advance for the assistance.

I am presently using the Inductrial Theme ‘Made’ and I have a problem the creator cannot figure out.

When we use multi-page posts, all subsequent pages (2, 3, 4) go to 404 when previewed.

I have figured out that ‘&preview=true’ is missing when the previews are being done and I get this:

http://technologyx.com/?p=5395&page=2

instead of this:

http://technologyx.com/?p=5395&page=2&preview=true

Can someone point me in the right direction to fix this as I am sure it is an error in one of the php files, one which isn’t present on other themes?
