    Oh no, that’s odd! Would you mind double-checking a few things to help us investigate?

    1. Is HappyForms and WordPress up to date?
    2. Does deactivating all your plugins help?
    3. In case you have access to server’s error logs, could you please double-check if there are any errors at all?
    4. If all of the above doesn’t seem to help, could you please re-save your SettingsPermalinks page?

    Yes. WordPress 5.0.2 and HappyForms 1.6.16

    Always forgetting this no-brainer. Looks like it is an incompatibility with the Cache Plugin.

    It is WP Super Cache. Once deactivated, HappForms preview works fine. Didn’t find a workaround yet.

    We couldn’t replicate the problem using WP Super Cache plugin. We have a hunch it can be related to a specific configuration of caching. Anyways, we’ll keep an eye on that. Thanks for sharing your findings!
