# Preview New Theme

 * I want to change the theme on our website but am apprehensive to just do it and
   hope it works out and looks ok. Is there a way to ‘preview’ what the entire site
   would like like before I actually make the change?

 * This is actually a lot easier than it used to be!
 * You can do this by installing the new theme on your site, then going to the ‘
   Appearance’ page in the admin area. When you hover your mouse pointer over the
   new theme, you’ll se a button that says ‘Live Preview’. Click on that and you’ll
   see your site with the new theme, without affecting your existing site.

 * It’s not foolish at all. I only learnt about that a short time ago myself, as
   it’s really not something that gets a lot of use most of the time.
