    Hello,
    I have a problem using NextGENE gallery. After create a Gallery, uploading the images, I create the link to the page I want, then I want to chane the preview image, I choose the one I want, I save it, but if I refresh the page, the Preview images isn’the new one, but the old one.

    Same for the description of the Gallery. I write the description, I save, but if I refresh the page, nothing is saved, the description block in empty

    I used a NextGEN version Version 3.3.5

    Would you be so kind as to check for existing conflicts in your end?
    – Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except NextGen Gallery.
    – Is the problem solved? Then, it was caused by one of your plugins. Please check one by one and find the one causing the problem.
    – If the problem is not solved with the deactivation of the plugins, try changing to a standard WordPress theme, it could be a conflict with your current theme.

    Hello,

    I tried what you suggest me (deactive the pluings and change the theme) but I still have problems. I write the description and change the preview image, I save and when I refresh the page the description block is empty and the preview image isn’t the one I choose.

    Hi @lisamarco,

    Let’s try to re-install NextGen Gallery by removing it then installing new. This procedure is safe and will not erase the galleries or settings.

    Hello!

    I tried to re-install NextGEN Gallery, but nothing happened, I tried againt to change the preview image and write the description, saved, but after the refresh of the page I still have the problems: wrong preview images and no description.

    I start to have this problem since 5 days ago, after the update, before I didn’t have problems.
