    My environment:
    WordPress 5.7
    PHP 7.3.2
    Cornerstone 5.2.3
    Insert Pages 3.5.10

    Symptom:
When creating or editing a page in Cornerstone site builder, the following error is displayed: “Preview could not load due to iframe response being incomplete. This is most often related to a plugin conflict, or customizations introducing a PHP error.”

    Secondary symptom:
I can still edit with difficulty in the default language (En) and cannot edit in the other language (Fr).

    Troubleshooting
I deactivated plugins until the error disappeared and reactivated plugins one-by-one until it reappeared. Upon next version update, I will reactivate and try again.

Can you reproduce the issue on vanilla WordPress, or link to the plugin? The only open source plugin called Cornerstone looks like this:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/cornerstone/

This plugin is an open source project and we don’t have access to debug closed source, paid plugins. You may want to open an issue with the plugin that you have paid for.

I assume “vanilla WordPress” means WordPress without any plugins. No, the symptom stops once I deactivate Insert Pages.

If “vanilla WordPress” means bypassing Cornerstone and editing the page through the WordPress native editor, I did not try that, because Cornerstone is a one-way street. The symptom occurs when editing pages. Editing posts is fine, but complicating that is the fact that I have a plugin to assist with formatting posts while editing.

The Cornerstore Site Builder is by Themeco: https://theme.co/cornerstone.

You can try opening a ticket with the Cornerstone developers to see if they are willing to work on an integration. We can assist if they contact us, but as it stands, we don’t have access to their proprietary software.

I don’t have time and tried over multiple hours to contact Themco, actually on this problem, and never succeeded. Being a customer should not be that painful.

I found this troubleshooting step in the Themeco docs for the specific error message:

The preview could not load due to the iframe response being incomplete. This is most often related to a plugin conflict, or customizations introducing a PHP error.

    https://theme.co/docs/warnings-in-the-builders

Could you try looking at the web server error logs and find the specific error message that appears? If we have that we can maybe try to figure out what is going on.

I didn’t have time to do that, but I had time to Activate the Insert Pages plugin after Cornerstone updated to Version 5.3.3 today. The problem is resolved, testing across a few pages, including one for which I consistently experienced the error.

Good, glad it got fixed. Cheers.
