    Hi

I am using wordpress version 5.5.1
    Theme – Stal
theme editor – elementor version 3.0.8.1
    woocommerce plugin – version 4.5.1

Today I was editing my products page and when i go to edit with Elementor I get and error page – the preview couldn’t be loaded. There are a few steps to follow to solve the error and one of them is to remove plugins – when woocommerce plugin was deactivated the error disappeared the page opened. Woocommerce is very important to my site – how do I solve this problem.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @blferraz

    Thanks for reaching out.

Would you be able to test with just WooCommerce and Elementor active and let me know if the problem persists at that point? If so, you’ll actually need to reach out to Elementor’s support team to ensure that their editor is compatible with WooCommerce. I believe there was a bug with Elementor and one of the more recent WooCommerce releases, but I’m not sure if this has been resolved yet. If so, they would be the best ones to address this.

    Cheers!

    Hi @sergitogalo

Thanks for reaching out. If the problem is persisting after deactivating all plugins except for WooCommerce and Elementor, please reach out to Elementor’s support team as they developed the plugin themselves and will be the best ones to help.

    Thanks!
